1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AEO Scanner (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AEO Scanner provides AI visibility scanning and reporting. We query AI engines on your behalf to analyze how brands appear in AI-generated answers. Results are informational and may vary between scans.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scanning algorithms.
- Automate access to the Service beyond what our API permits.
- Resell scan results as a competing service without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by AEO Scanner. Scan reports generated for you are yours to use internally and share with stakeholders.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
AEO Scanner is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated results, as these are produced by third-party AI providers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
